Border Federal Credit Union's enhanced call 24 offers  great new options for managing your credit union accounts over the phone. Now you can do much more than just check balances and make transfers. Service is available in English or in Spanish 24 hours a day. 

1. To access Call 24 dial locally 775-9225 or Toll Free*1-800-929-0265 (*Outside Del Rio Area)
2. Enter your account number followed by the # sign
3. Enter your pin number followed by the # sign
4. Listen to Voice Prompts for Menu Options

 Please listen to all the Menu Choices first before selecting your option: 

• Use a Touch-Tone Telephone
• English Press 1
• Spanish Press 2
• Dial Locally 775-9225 
• Dial 1-800-929-0265 Toll Free if calling from outside the Del Rio Area
• Inquire on Account Balances
• Transfer Funds
• Always Enter Dollar and Cents
• Press * to repeat menu choices at any time
• Just hang up to end your call at any time.

*To protect your account information, please refrain from accessing your account from any wireless or cellular phone.
