Internet Banking

Border Federal Credit Union will be undergoing a computer system conversion on June 1, 2015. This change will allow us to provide expanded and improved services to you.

The weekend of Friday, May 29th through June 1st the following services will not be available:

  • BFCULive Online Banking

  • Bill Pay

  • Call 24

These services will resume on June 2nd.

What will be available on June 2nd when these services are restored?

  • BFCULive - On June 2nd you will be required to re-enroll to BFCULive Online Banking by clicking the “log-in” link at that will walk you through the re-enrollment process. We highly recommend that once you re-enroll, you select a strong password that is at least 6 characters long. You will need to review all your accounts and contact us at 830.778.7580 if you notice any discrepancies.

  • Bill Pay – If you have any bills set up to pay after or on May 29, 2015, please schedule them to be paid on or before May 28th and deactivate any future payments. On June 2nd there will be no transaction history available to view. We recommend that you download all payee information from the Bill Pay history or refer to your account statement. You will need to re-enter your payees’ information and future payments once you log in to Bill Pay on June 2nd.

  • Call 24 - On June 2nd you will be able to access audio response using your existent PIN.

To Cancel your Bill Pay Service you can stop by one of our 4 branch locations or you can notify us in writing by fax or email that you would like this service to be canceled. A confirmation from BFCU must be received in order for the service to be canceled. *The monthly fee may be discounted for members meeting certain requirements.
