Once there, you must enter your Access Code*, which is provided in your enrollment packet. Follow the prompts to register and activate benefits. If you want to register via telephone, call 1.866.210.0361, and a member service representative will walk you through the process.

  • Cell Phone Protection

    • To receive this benefit, your cellphone bill must be paid with your Border FCU Royal Checking account
    • To set up your bill pay, ensure you are enrolled in Online Services, and log into your BFCULive Online Banking account, or log into your 'BorderFCU Mobile' app. If you need assistance, please reach out to a member service representatives during office hours at (830)774-2328
