LAND LOANS
BFCU Land Loans are available for the purpose of purchasing a
residential lot, refinancing an existing land loan or to purchase
unimproved land. Interest rates as low as 7.00% APR* and terms
of up to 15 years. Certain restrictions apply.
• Finance up to 80% of the lowest of the appraised value or sales price.
• Lot should not exceed more than 100 acres and must be located within 175 mile radius from a BFCU service location.
• Loan documentation fee is 1% of total amount financed and member is responsible for third party associated closing fees.
*Annual Percentage Rate with any two additional BFCU services direct deposit and automatic loan payment.
