Border FCU Community Room Use Application and Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in using a Border FCU Community Room. Our meeting spaces are available to support educational, charitable, civic, and community-focused activities that benefit the local area.
We are proud to make these spaces available to organizations like yours. In lieu of a rental fee, we encourage a suggested $100 tax-deductible donation to the Border Fellowship Foundation (BFF). These donations directly support scholarships, financial education, and other vital initiatives throughout our service area.
While highly appreciated, a donation is not required and will not influence the approval of your request. Payment instructions will be provided following the approval of your reservation.
Community Room Guidelines
Applications should be submitted at least one (1) week prior to the requested event date.
Submission of this application does not guarantee approval
Use of the community room is subject to availability and Border FCU approval.
Approval to use a Border FCU community room does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Border Federal credit Union or the Border Fellowship Foundation.
the applicant is responsible for leaving the room clean and in the same condition in which it was received.
The applicant is responsible for any damage occurring during the event.
Activities must comply with all applicable laws and Border FCU policies.
any external equipment connected to Border FCU technology must receive prior approval from Border FCU's Information Technology Department.
Community rooms are generally available during normal business hours. Requests outside normal hours require additional approval.
