Annual Meeting RSVP

This form must be completed only if you are attending. You may RSVP for anyone in your household. Household members are not eligible for member prizes. A separate raffle will be held for employees and their guests. Family members outside of your household will need to purchase a ticket. You may direct them to any Border FCU location for tickets, or contact a Member Service Representative to assist you in the process.

We ask that employees wear the black all-staff polo and black slacks.

You do not need to fill out this form if you do not plan on attending.
